Underwriting acknowledgment request (non-commercial, FCC/IRS compliant)
Sponsor shall receive the following acknowledgments, which are intended solely as non-promotional recognition of support and not as advertising:
All mentions and placements will comply with FCC underwriting and IRS qualified sponsorship guidelines— acknowledging the sponsor’s name, logo, products, or services factually, without calls to action, price information, or promotional claims.
Valley Life Broadcasting is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Payments under this Agreement are considered qualified sponsorship contributions under IRS Publication 598. No goods or services are provided other than permissible sponsor recognition. Sponsors should consult their tax advisor to determine the deductibility of their contribution.
Payments are due on the day the agreement was signed. Late payments beyond 10 days may result in a pause of acknowledgments until payment is received. Payments may be made through Valley Life Broadcasting’s secure portal: https://donate.stripe.com/00w00b3Tif6t54g6Hf9fW01
Sponsor agrees to promptly provide logos or other recognition materials. Valley Life Broadcasting retains full editorial and technical control over all acknowledgments to ensure compliance with FCC and IRS standards.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Months paid after the term listed in the agreement are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
This document represents the entire understanding between Valley Life Broadcasting and the Sponsor and supersedes any prior verbal or written statements.
